Festuca glauca 'Elijah Blue' | This popular Festuca is one of the bluest of the blues. It also holds this powdery blue in the hot dry summer. As a fescue, it naturally looks great during the cooler season. The clumps have sparse flowers in the spring but it is much loved for the foliage and not so much for the insignificant seed heads.
